Intentional bug abuse will be punished, this is something will be up to Game Operators to decide about and assume the correspondent measures. It is no worth to speculate what will they do since there are many factors concerning it. If you found a bug please report it and don't take more advantage of it.
To sum up, intentional bug abuse is forbidden and will be punished.
