How do you get more respawners? I started with 15 but none left.
Also can you revive your teammates?

You can get them in Login Rewards, I'm pretty sure you get some in Quest Rewards and, on the Japanese server you can buy them so I assume its going to be the same here.

You can get 3 for free in the "premium shop" per day right now, also you can get them the Gruitin store and daily login rewards.
