My frame rate tends to drop in down in Towns and even in dungeons as well. I feel like its my Laptop but at the same time I briefly tested the JP server and I never had a twitchy camera. I tried toggling with settings but it doesn't improve anything at all.
Frame Rate Issuse.

twitchy cam? Not sure since I don't exp this. Try changing your resolution or toggle to full screen/window.
My intown fps is about 50. Dungeon 70, crowded - 30.

Mmm, I went borderless windowed mode and everything just when smooth. Thanks for the suggestion

No sweat. I recall a similar issue in another game and this was suggested as a fix.
