This is a quest obtained from Shade in Candus City. It says that the "Cytoborgs" for the quest are in N-102 Shelter. I've been through each level of this individually, checking for it, and there are none in any of them. Every other quest in the area completed just fine, it's just this one that isn't able to be competed.

You need to hit the red eggs just enough to do damage but not destroy them. 1 second later, they'll turn red, pop and bright out a cyborg. I had a hard time here myself, my Stellas weapon was too strong so I just used ''sonic pulse'' as fast as i could just to slightly hit it then stopped.

Other than hitting the eggs without breaking them (on Lily i used a level 1 soulstrike to do that,or just changed weapon after finishing a room or while mobbing) i think i remember seeing 2 of those mobs already spawned in the 1st ever dungeon of N-102. Not entirely sure,but 90% positive that there are those 2 without eggs.
So if you don't want to wait for the eggs (sometimes they won't break,don't know why) you can just try to check there and if i'm right,just repeat that one over and over.
