Anyone from Dragon nest transferring?

  • I used to play it but I stopped when all l my chars went lvl 80 due to server crash

But I love how the game looks like a mix between Dragon Nest and Elsword

Edited once, last by Ryad ().

  • Played it casually on and off since NA release. Soul Worker's been interesting thus far, but I must admit that Dragon Nest's combat was more fluid (eons behind in graphics though). The difference could be my toaster dying on me in Soul Worker though.

  • Still playing in Dragon Nest along with SoulWorker. Why not having both? ^^

because Dragon nest is too Pay to win for me. My wallet still weeping from the 3 years that I did play.

Played for more that 5 years and didn't spend anything apart from buying an outfit. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The biggest problem in DN tho is classes discrimination. Economics sucks on the EU server, however I never really felt a need to pay, maybe just too much grinding to get gold for gears, lol.

  • Dragon Nest was by far my favourite MMO and the main reason I was really hyped about Soul Worker as it reminds me of DN.
I enjoyed my time so much back then during the lvl 60-70 cap but quit due to various reasons after that :x

  • Ever since DN left Nexon, the classes have become more free to party with. All of them do decent amount of damage now. When it was with Nexon, the class discrimination was horrible.

  • That's not really Nexon's fault. That is purely on Devs. Even when the Nexon was still the publisher, the CN version of DN still had massive class discrimination.

I played DN since released and I stopped a little while ago because it just got too boring.

  • I say Nexon because at that very time of when Nexon was the publisher, the class balance was out of wack. I too played DN since release, took a bit of a break when 60 cap was around, then came back for 70 cap. I used to play Blade Dancer, Ice witch and Physician exclusively in that order. When Nexon was discontinuing their service for Dragon Nest, a lot of the class issues became clear cut and a large portion of them got nerfed to the ground from their original playstyle. Everybody now just deals damage. Support classes like Ice Witch, Dancer, and Inquisitor all received a massive nerf. Granted I haven't really played in a while due to me quitting the game some time ago, but I played when Silver Hunter came out. That was shortly after Nexon discontinued their service for the game.
