Character's outfits

    How do you get these? (The ones you see in the preview). I see allmost everyone has it in the second city, yet im unable to find how.

    Is it a quest reward?

    if your talking about the base costumes you see on game cover then, you get that outfit after you finish all yellow quest and leave rocco town<---the first area, its time limited though

    Is there a way to get it permanent?

    hmm, that will be based on if the game company wants to give us a permanent one in the starter pack in game, in the KR and JP version you can only get it permanent by purchasing it from the cash shop(mall).
