Will there be a way to link to steam?

They answered that question on Steam.

"No, Steam and website accounts are not linked. If you create an account on the website first and then launch the game on Steam, a new account will automatically be created. We will provide in the future a possibility to link and unlink your Steam and website accounts."

they told me they may think about it. but its not happening right now. i wish they would so i can use both client and steam.
