wasted like 100k+ and can't upgrade weapon to +4 ... anyone know whats the % of success? saw ppl with +7 weapons ... i know its total waste but i just wanna know how much it glow

think max upgrade+20 means you can only upgrade 20x fail or success

I went to +4 relatively easily, but +5 and +6 took a bit more. I ultimately broke my weapon trying to +7, but I didn't mind suiciding since I just had a new unique scythe with +10% EXP to +5.

When do you have to worry about it breaking?

+3 = Green aura [cannot be destroyed, low chance of failure]
+6 = Blue aura [can be destroyed, medium chance of failure]
+9 = Red aura [can be destroyed, high chance of failure]
you can use anti-destruction to protect your item from being destroyed. but there's still a very slim chance of breaking.
you can only upgrade an item 25 times, there's an item called strength expansion ticket that can reset it.
you can also restore something destroyed with another item, idk what it call for our server, but you can only use it 4 times. -
- enhance rate is crap on all servers
- if you're LUCKY, you'll only use about 30-70 protectors to get your weapon from +4 to +9
- if you're not lucky (read as: majority of players), you'll use usually around 100-200 total protectors to go from +4 to +9
- protectors are 2$ each in cash shop
- farming them in-game is possible, it it will take you at least a few months to farm 100-200 of them to have a decent chance of getting a +9

Up to +4 is safe. After that there's a chance of breaking. I'm unsure if the chance of breaking goes up, but your chance of success continues to go down.
I failed 12 times (in a row) trying to +6->7, and it only broke on the thirteenth attempt.

I think every item is able to reach +6 without destroying - I've tried to upgrade 4/5 items to +6. I had tons of fails, but no one of them broke. Maybe i were lucky : D

I think every item is able to reach +6 without destroying - I've tried to upgrade 4/5 items to +6. I had tons of fails, but no one of them broke. Maybe i were lucky : D
I broke mine in 1 try going from +5->+6..

My weapon broke on first try from 4 to 5. Too bad there's no achievment for that.

Unique/Legendary stuff is hard to get to +6 without breaking. If you got it to +6 without breaking, then you were pretty lucky. I'd never risk it on a good piece of gear.

I broke mine in 1 try going from +5->+6..
No anti-destruction runes. Just some mediocre luck.

the strength expansion coupons reduce total upgrades by 5. so its infinite attempts.
but its 25 without those card.

How to get some Strength Expansion Coupons? I'm 52lvl now and I got somewhere about 7 tickets, not from the cash shop. Any early quests with this as reward? Or there's a way to farm it somewhere?
