Can the SEA players and other regions who are having issues connecting at the moment still connect to the game via the Gameforge Soulworker Launcher?
Is it just the Steam version, or is it both versions that these regions are having issues connecting to the servers and various Soulworker services?

I wanted to start sharing the Support page information for people here- but I'm not 100% sure a IP-block has even occurred yet, and i cannot help but wonder what is actually going on, so I'm going to do some more reading.

I noticed the IP Block on SEA/Oceanic. My friend wasn't able to sign up for the game. I was able to install the game through steam before all this happened... I hope they aren't booting us all who are able to play (From SEA/OCeanic) once the game goes live.
They blocked Brazil to, without any announcement just ridiculous.

I understand there is nothing you can do, dont worry! 
I also understand you have to send some feedbacks about the forum, so can you freeze it with the CMs on next follow up or something like that?

The company has never talked about restricting countries to play.
1. Releasing the game so that everyone can play, give feedback and then block these players is not very fair.
2- Block momentarily to regularize the lags and servers is understandable, but why no one says anything?
I have friends who want to play but are with IP Block. And I'm playing without knowing if in the next update my game will update or not and I'll stay with IP Block as well.
At the moment what I'm feeling is, "Let's block the IPs and turn your back on them."
I will send the ticket sir, have a great weekend / week.

How hard is it to just say "unfortunately we blocked several regions for legal issues, and the players from blocked region will be blocked after beta"
Or
"unfortunately we blocked several regions for legal issues, but the players from blocked region that are already ingame will get to keep their account"
Met 2 publisher that kept players from blocked region due to sudden blocking...
