    I'm in NZ, and have now been blocked.


    What version am I supposed to play exactly? This is the only version in English.


    I can go back to the JP version, but would rather understand what's going on.

    Where does this leave areas like the Middle East, specifically areas such as Turkey and Jordan? It's gonna be kinda painful not being able to play SW for over five months thanks to this deployment if we're excluded from playing on EU.

    Also, is there a link to Gameforge's licensing contract that we can publicly view?

    Most likely region blocked unless you use a VPN like SoftEther which is not too hard to use after reading some guides in forums.


    Publishers do this because they only have the rights for certain areas and to minimize high latency.

    I doubt anyone has the rights to the ME region though, it's not typically a priority for publishers to lock down or even pay attention to. LA and SEA got region restricted due to Smilegate owning the coverage area, not due to a lack of support.


    So yeah, I don't see a traditionally EU-connected region suddenly going dark without a future plan. =/

    I've seen Many threads now about the Region locks Blocking Every But NA/EU players from Soulworker, Gameforge has stated this is due to the company changing its stance on IP restrictions due to “licensing issues”, thats all well and Fine but what I find currently unreasonable is the Lack of Notice players from regions where given and the Fact we are not being given Clarification on why Said Changes took play or why other regions are being Blocked.... Its like you guys as a company are trying to hide shit. on top of that you already have a terrible track record why are you making it Worse.

    Might not be clear due to me being Frustrated when typing but all I want is more Info as to why changes occured not you guys being as Vague as possible and hiding everything.... over all I'm just going to go back to playing the KR and JP versions of the game. But many people don't have that option, the more you say about the issue Rather then Just saying,

    wouldn't it be better to tell us what the previous stance was and What Changed and why? this would make a lot of players understand the situation better and feel less frustrated with you guys as a company then they currently are.
