I've been having trouble with this...
So far I've completed all the dungeons and quests in Rucco Town, all 4 areas at 100% and yet the progress bar stucks at 83.33% no matter what I do.
Is there something I need to do in order to get it to 100%? Like and end-game content that requires level 55 or smt?
Rucco town at 100%?

Youll need to hit 55, it unlocks a quest that gives you access to raids (r1 in rucco town, its the last dungeon thats greyed out)

I was under the impression each zone would cap at 83% until raids implemented, due to each city having it's own. However I did get 100% in Candus.
Very confusing, must be an early patch where only one raid existed.
