I don't think a VIP service is really required for sw, it's really casual over all and.. there's not many items that you require from the Item Mall itself - cosmetics and maybe a seal stamp time to time to sell an item bound to you? but that's about it, you don't find yourself spending a lot on this game (coming from a f2p player that likes cosmetics a lot).

yea, I think this is a fine idea, but original poster for vip sounds like they want extra bonuses which is what I'm against

I find that those who have the wealth to spend much on a game tend to favour systems in which they can crawl on top of the playerbase. I mean it's a simple way to get yourself known.

I honestly don't know what they would be able to include apart from like costumes, which would most likely be available in the cash shop anyway. I'm not one for paying to get your name out there or have people notice you, people should put time and effort in for that, not just their wallet.

fatigue potions might get controversial since that actually gives hardcore players an advantage just in terms of playtime

Oh absolutely not, most people already argue heavily against stamina systems, them putting extra playtime behind a paywall would be one of the stupidest decisions they could make, if stamina does happen to be in the game, I'd hope for a system that lets you grind out stamina potions over time, or have certain ways to achieve them that aren't just buying them from an NPC. You could for example do a bunch of quests that give you stamina potions, so you can save them up for the weekend.

yea, like a skin based idea is what would work in my opinion, p2w vip never ends that well, basically becomes a subscription game

Now these prices are in my view too high, the fact you only got Unique cosmetic items at 124,99$ is frankly ridiculous, and that said a LARGE majority of the packs that were sold we're the lowest tier, and only bought for the beta access and 3 day head start.
