How do people on NA have mats when the premium shop has been down?

It hasn't always been broken. It's usually up right after a maintenance then goes broken a few hours after.

Like everyone else is saying the shop hasn't always been down. It was working for me yesterday until a certain point but then it stopped and I haven't been able to access it since. So you are probably seeing people who were able to buy mats in the time frames when the shop has been up.

Opening the shop is a titanic task. A mix between restarting the game a few hundred times and luck will decide whether you're worthy of opening the mighty, the legendary, the broken and 3 item-only shop!

In a nutshell, just keep trying, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

unfortunately, i'm not around for maints usually, so it's always broken when i play - and i'm too lazy to restart more times after i have to restart anyway to even get into my server. hopefully it's fixed permanently soon.. with luck.

Premium shop doesn't open, interestingly while in an instance it gives a message.

So that confirms the button works. I have to imagine, like the AH, the shop has it's own IP address and is being blocked server side.

Which also explains why steamies can open it, because a separate browser.. or something. Still not worth using steam lol.

guis just play ... the game will be wipe im sure about ... so if u have stamina or not is not the point now .. most importatn is report all bug for the Gameforge fix tis errors and so open the game for fine ....

Make character on DE Server open cash shop via steam there show on shift tab window, keep it then change server login in Na then shift tab go back to cash shop window confirm your item, tada you get ur item.
