Game needs alot of work!!!!

In case you haven't seen, they've addressed that they know these issues are going and they're going to try and fix it on multiple occasions, both on Steam discussion and these forums. I doubt they seriously plan to let it go on this way.

I encountered only problem with Cash Shop, but I'm pretty sure they will address the issue as it's concerned with money. The game's just launched so give them time. Plus, it's weekend so nothing is happening during the weekend.

I can absolutely not reproduce the behaviour you're describing. What server do you play on? I play on Candus and it all works just fine.

I hope they fix it soon. Though, the work around that someone else posted does work.

Why are people so fast to say give them time? This isnt a lauch its a port...you would think they would have their shit together. Sounds like they are just hiding behind "its a beta"

Interestingly enough, I haven't had a single problem so far, so it's only broken for some players (especially NA as it seems?).

Why give them time? Because they didn't make the game but only got everything from the developer. What GF did was translating the game (which can cause new issues) and setting it up on their servers. And testing your servers is one major part of the Beta, if not the biggest, as everything else should work because it already does in Korea/Japan. So the important part they are testing is nothing they got from the Korean/Japanese version but the stuff they had to set up themselves.

This is actually a real Beta, compared to other companies who do a soft launch by releasing their games as 'Open Beta' which allows them to get away with bugs. These guys are really hiding behind calling it a 'beta' in my opinion.

The game is a meme dunno why you bother even saying that it needs a lot of work XD

JP WAS CBT and got everything plus first server to launch before KR eventhough KR developer LEL...

This game right now is expected to be the quality of a closed beta since we didn't have one, It's NOT a real open beta so obviously it has major issues.

Ya and Gameforge got delayed by themselves and still no time to fix things, Hangame did smooth CBT and were 3 CBT phase.

Because the people that say that are either ignorant to the truth or know it. Porting a game can cause new bugs, translating it can cause new bugs, and fixing bugs can cause new bugs. That's why they need time. +, like Strawberry Punch said 1 post above me, it's practically the quality of a CBT atm, especially since they skipped CBT
