I can't seem to equip this skill no matter how hard i try. I've restarted the game, i've added more skill points into it, i've even for a few days in hopes that a maintenance patch would fix this. I can't seem to equip this skill at all. I can equip other skills fine as shown in the 2nd screenshot, but it's just that Napalm skill that i cant move

It's a skill that you can only use in air. If you jump, your skill slots will change. it will appear at the first slot. (Haru got a similiar skill at lvl28)
