Anyone know why I can queue some missions but current zone meets level requirement but is greyed out.. Cannot enter..

U have to clear the previous one in Normal, then it will unlock the next one

Are you trying to run hard/manic before you ran normal first?

Yeah looks like it didn't give credit for a quest.
