1) installing and updating the Microsoft Visual C+++2) window update
3) reinstall the game
and the api-ms-win-crt-runtime problem still there
my system is window 7 x64bit, and the launcher is the standalone one.

Try this and then only the x86 so the 32 bit version NOT the 64 bit!!
