Hi,
Today one stranger asked how to manage skills (he's 6th level). I tried to explain him, but he said that he can't put them on keybinds. To my surprise, I noticed that I can't do it either. It seems like only skills in 3rd row can be put on the skillbar, rest is stuck in skill tree. He has Windows 7, I use Windows 10, we both play on standalone client and use Polish language.
Does that affect only us? He's stuck at empty tree (he deleted these skills from it, he thought it will fix it).
