is there any secret or great ways to earn exp on this game im struggling to earn exp and i want to rapidly level to 20 im currently lvl 12

abandon since you already got the exp, the only thing you're missing is boss and completion exo

Don't forget to buy your EXP% items, they can increase a lot of your Energy Points efficiency since you can get up to 6% on each 20LV items (helm, body, shoulder, boots, and jewelry). Specially in combination with a 16LV. crafted weapon (+10% EXP green stat).
