Earlier today I was able to get the premium shop working again, and got all four items - the three respawns, the community mat, the 100 energy thing and the megaphone. Receiving the megaphone was partly delayed but you can read more about that in my other thread.
When I got the stuff everything said ~4 hours to reset/being able to get more. I'm assuming this is tied to the login reward timers. But then when I did it, only the respawn timers and the megaphone refreshed, I was unable to get the mat and the 100 energy pack despite the respawner and the megaphone having refreshed.
In addition to a bug report, I'd also like to see if there's a fix that I can apply at all.
