Frequent Crashes

    The following causes a crash to desktop very frequently.


    • Breaking items at the blacksmith
    • Opening any type of reward box that yields 1 or more items
    • Deleting a mail right after retrieving the attached item


    System Specs:

    Windows 8.1 64

    Intel I7 3.20GHz

    12 Gigs Ram

    Nvidia Asus Strix 989 TI


    It should be noted that often times the crash submit tool also crashes.

    Hi there, I've been having some issues with the game randomly crashing on me during gameplay. I haven't really been able to pinpoint a single way to make it happen, but it does happen pretty frequently, every 30ish minutes. I'll attach the most recent crash dump I have, if anybody could help me figure out what the issue is, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!


    *Edit- I can't attach a .dmp file, so I can't put up the dump itself. These two files are generated at the same time as the crash though, maybe there is information in one of these?

    Yeah, it hasn't happened while doing those things. It'll happen while fighting during missions, sometimes during boss appearing cutscenes, even standing around doing nothing in town. I put in a support ticket too, so we'll see.
