when i use glowing grutin to gain more exp to akasha card's its give me error "can't be used as a fusing ingredient" anyone know its bug or u can't use it ?

I have had 2 types of those "Glowing Grutin" ARs, one was a fusing ingredient, the other was used to upgrade the card after it reaches max level. I think the fusing ingredient is 2 stars, also mentioning in the effect that it gives more AXP than other cards. The Glowing Grutin that is used for upgrading the card has 3 stars, while saying that "It can be used immediately after activation".
Atleast, this is what I found out.
