NA Server? (merged topics)

    Boi, weve had this problem all our lives. ;( Its true that some companies do include Mexico in south america, but thats wrong politically speaking because Mexico is considered part of North America in International Treaties. (like NAFTA, inb4 trump'd) But yeah, theres that constant meme of "lol mexico aint north america get out" so I dont blame anyone thinking that way really. We just want to be part of the cool kids, guys :(

    Are you talking about the regions that got IP blocked from NA?
    Cause half of facebook users that dont see the server probably jump to omg ive been IP blocked even though i live in the NA region...

    idk all i seen was a post that some IP on NA server is blocked so wondering what that's all bout. i don't see anything on tweeter

    Its not a block on NA IP's its a block on IPs' from certain regions not under there licensing rights. As in you wont even be able to log in if you have a IP blocked region.

    Note regarding IP block: Players from regions which are not under our licensing rights unfortunately are not able to access our version of SoulWorker.

    We can all log in, we just don't see NA server, meaning the server is toasted, not we are IP blocked.

    Ouch. ya luckily i still have the character and the item is in the mailbox still unused and they asked that i dont use it. So who knows.. they did say this was a big problem and would contact again as they had when they had come up with a solution.


    I kinda still use the character for the trick to get the premium shop open when it is being stubborn.

    Well they have to have an Item ID for the item pack thingy so they can easily just give it to me. They can even look and see not a single char already has it that i have.

    Perhaps... perhaps not. Sounds like some things may not be fully under their control. When i put in a ticket about my guild name being reduced they said they would put in some kind of message to lion games.

    I can only hope, I am not counting on getting it, i just hope i can, trying to get the NED Outfit from 100% Candus City so that at least has 4 brooch slots with 2 unlockable ones 8|

    Idk why you're believing people on facebook, and the ip block isn't even on NA for NA players. That's literally dumb.
    Everyone can log in, no one can see NA. Nobody at all.
    People were on NA just ealrier, and everyone dc'd at the same time, pretty much. It's def not IP block, especially since all of the crew for this game except some that are providing support to the servers (safe to say it's nobody, lol) are sleeping.

    Which is also why there are no announcements. This much should be obvious right from the start. No announcements for 4 hours on such a critical issue when they've been punctual about server issues every other time? They're not there.

    Yea, they are most likely just sleeping or something. I am about to do the same. Hopefully the server will be back up by the time I wake up.
