My 1st character was in NA server ( I created to test since i can't log in EN server on day 1 ). Then I created another character to play with my friends in EN server so i don't play on NA server anymore. My friends got the gift for new player at EN server since they only have character there but my gift was sent into my character in NA server so my EN's character have none (NA's character's gift still in the HEMS. I haven't touch it). So the gift for new player is only available for only the 1st character of an account only? Since the information of the gift is not very clear about the requirement and condition so if there's someone like me it's sad to have gift on the server you not play.
Can the gift transfer from NA to EN or I have to play a brand new account on EN to get the gift. I used play on Steam so is inconvenience for me to create another Steam account.
