I didn't read through the whole thread, but a kind reminder that KR server's prices are very similar to those in JP. So a comparison between Gameforge and JP servers is very close to a comparison between Gameforge and KR server. Some of the stuff in KR is even cheaper than those in JP.
almost 10 times as much crafting materials on global

idk why but i am okay with the high crafting count for now, so long as they will gradually lower the crafting mats for them over time.

Can you elaborate? I thought people are saying that KR's prices are similar to ours and that it's also 9x higher than JP's. Or are you saying that KR lowered their prices to JP's level?
If that's the case, then all the more reason to lower ours!

NA cash shop prices are higher than the other servers.
The materials needed to craft fashion is also higher by about 9x. There's a picture showing JP needing 50 materials and NA needing 450 something like that, should be on the other pages.

NA Cash Shop prices are indeed higher.
Crafting costs are higher than JP, but the same as KR

He doesn't read threads and more or less says the same thing in every thread. He was talking about cash shop prices not crafting costs.

Uhh, let's not confuse craft material requirements with Item Mall / Cash Shop prices, okay? o-o;;
So ...
Craft Material Requirement number is: (NA = KR) > JP
Item Mall / Cash Shop items prices is: NA > (KR = JP)
We're in the topic of craft mats though, but since cash shop/item mall's been brought up...
'Just putting this here anyway.Item Mall screenshots for JP and KR (to be uploaded) for reference.
(JP's is 1 Yen = 1 Y.P, while KR is like... 1 Won = 10 units, I think? so it scales just fine with JP's. Feel free to correct.) -

Is that a typo? If cash shop prices are higher in NA than both KR/JP, then it should be :
Item Mall / Cash Shop items prices is: NA > (KR = JP)

Oh pardon @w@;
Yeah, it is. *edits* -
Was able to get both the top and bottom of the modern casual set simply by leveling to 32.
Again, I do not believe the increase in crafting material is a problem.

So how much Dzenai/energy did you spend on just crafting materials?
It's only like 600+ soft fibers, 500 leathers , and 900 rubbers for both pieces total. Even at level 40 I haven't broken the 200 line for any of the materials.

I just spend energy to level, so maybe around 800? (I'm not sure, I didn't keep count.)
I didn't keep count of the mats either, I just bought them when they appeared on the MP for cheap. (soft 1k~, leather 1k~, rubbers 3~5k)
So for the soft and leather, probably around 800K~1M, and I'd say 3~3.5M for the rubber.
With 1M for the crafting itself, 5.5M total seems reasonable.

Just because you can buy materials doesn't make it reasonable. Did you upgrade anything? Buy any gear? Make any cards? I'm pretty sure that was a majority or your dz. The point is there is really no reason for them to increase the material amount other than to force you to give up and buy a costume. I understand they need to make money but plenty of f2p games make money without strongman arming its customers. This seems to be a reoccurring theme for this game so far...making you unhappy so that you buy something.

DO you guys use Anti-Destruction or go by luck to go beyond +4 on low weapons?

JP is the original server since it was released first, KR came second.
It's developed in korea, for korea. For what is considered "original" should not be based on how the JP publisher choose to cater the game to their own audience, and while that may work out really well for them, the same approach doesn't necessarily do just as good in other regions. I for one do not like getting excessive amount of things shoved down my throat for simply logging in, i prefer to play and gain things on my own.
As for the JP login rewards, Why exactly do people want these rewards here? Doesn't it just push a Login2Win concept?
The great thing is that you don't have to accept those rewards since they just go into your mailbox. You can just let them expire in your mailbox. So nobody is shoving excessive amount of things down your throat.
Besides, we already have login rewards in our version, it's just that they're crap compared to JP.
Everyone is allowed to login, so even if it's Login2Win, how is that bad? Even without those rewards, you have to login in order to play the game anyways, so then all MMO games are Login2Win!
ADDED :
And one more thing. Yes KR developed the game and JP's publisher requested changes to cater the game to their audience. But this is actually a good thing and the mark of a good publisher. Now if GameForge would listen to our concerns and cater to us, then we're all good.

I start using them at +5 >+6, +4 > +5 has decent upgrade rates and really low destrution rates.

Good thing Gameforge took the original worse KR version instead of the superior JP version, especially for western audiences, and used it as a base.
They created all these problems with their source choice.
They aren't listening to us about adding different region voice packs; many people want the JP voices, and the only way to get it is via copying the files over from that version, which GF doesn't want you doing for some asinine reason (waah against ToS to modify files for non-cheating stuff).
There's way more problems than just crafting costing a fortune.. notably the cash shop pricing, complete lack of item previews and an outdated and technically broken client (vert- fov scaling, mouse acceleration, broken gamepad support, etc.).
So, yes, we'll have to wait and see if they listen, but as I barely see them saying anything (including when the NA server goes down for hours every day), and with their reputation from other games, I don't see anything changing. I would love to be proven wrong.

Whoah now, using the JP voices isn't because file modification is against the ToS (well it is, but I digress), they are literally legally unable to use the JP voices period without shilling out a ton of money for Copyright reasons. Gameforge does not own the JP voices, heck, LionGames doesn't own the JP voices. The only one legally able to use the JP voices is the JP server. It'd be the same if we had a dub (god forbid). KR and JP would be legally unable to use the English voices (not that anyone would ever want to LUL)
