I just had a mat down, and decided i wanted to use a radio, and deleted my mat to use the radio. Some dude said he was reporting me, said it was something called "time takers" and is a banable offence. Is this true? I actually have to finish my mats? They are mine, I paid for them. Do whatever I want with them. Searched the T&C's couldn't find anything related. I mean realy, if you buy a big mac and only eat half they dont throw you in jail for throwing it away.

Just someone being salty. You can do whatever you want with your mats or radios. Place them somewhere no one else is hanging out, share them with others, take it away - there is no punishment to follow up whatever you intent to do. Don't worry about that

yes you are giving free EP points to strangers and the next second you steal them their theoretically future EP points, because whenever you buy something (even if its for free lel), it belongs to that guy as well. having a mat out for 29/30 minutes is a big deal, 1 EP point that is lost forever, lost in the void, at one point u gonna be lvl 54, one last mission to lvl 55, BUT boom you exactly miss 1 EP point for that very last mission.

U can place ur mat somewhere else making it disappear from it's original location. It also disappears completely if u change region, so if the owner of the mat enters a mission or logs out, the mat is gone. The Timer for the mat starts at first use though, so u can't pack it and place it an hour later again since it will have run out by that point.
As for the topic at hand, it's ur stuff so u can do whatever u want with it.

Don't worry. There's no such term as "Time Taker" in the 1st place. Just salty kids being salty.
It's the same type of salty salties that cry after failed or slow dungeons in any other mmos. Just ignore em.
