I have been trying to fix this issue for quite a while... atleast for 7hours.. by reinstall the game on steam. Over and over. It get stucks between 2%-6% and won't install any further. It says on the screen that installing has been canceled and manuely going back to uppdating again, over and over. Tried restarting my laptop, same all the times.. but nothing still works..

The only thing I can think of is check if you have enough storage space for it, or try installing it to a different location. A while back they said:
"Important: please do not install it in your Program Files or Program Files (x86) folders, as it cannot be started from there."
