Inability to purchase soulcash (Steam)

    I am a steam player.


    Previously this morning, I was able to purchase soulcash. However, when I retried recently, I get a pink loading screen that eventually redirects me to this page whenever I attempt to click the top up soulcash button.


    I have tried everything from restarting my computer, restarting steam etc, and nothing has worked so far. I have already paid AND received the steam credit in my steam wallet (I clicked the add funds thingy and added the exact amount it asked me to in CAD). It appears like it is not a billing issue, but instead some other sort of problem between the steam payment system and the web cash shop.


    Has anyone found a solution to this issue so far?

    I have the same problem except I couldn't even load up once. I picked my option, confirmed my purchase, and it said order was successful, but my steam funds got instantly refunded. After that, I ended up having the same error as you. Hopefully this can get fixed. There's also some text hidden behind the black background as well.

    I have the exact same problem as both have already shown. I would really appreciate if anyone would at least give us some kind of response it been almost a week+ with this issue.

    I tried topping up on another steam account and it works. However, the problem is still there on my actual steam account though.

    Seems like the problem starts after the refund part. My steam instantly refunded just like you and the page was bugged ever since. My friends can still load through steam w/ out problems so I'm not sure why specifically some people are having this trouble.

    Fortunately somehow someway, I was able to purchase SoulCash again. Doesn't seem to be the case for you guys sadly. Just keep on trying and never give up!

    Nope, didn't even hear from the forum mods, or anyone. Steam said they can't really do anything about it.
