unable to drag skill into hotkeys. other skills can be dragged. restarted client multiple times.

its in your first skill when you jump, its automatic i guess

Slash and Dash is special in that it can only be initiated while in midair. Its the only skill(that i know of) that is like this.
You can't place it on your hotbar since while you're in midair, its the only option on your hotbar.

That skill goes to the slot automatic (mine gone to nº1) try jumping inside the dungeon and you'll see, you can only active this skill while in the air.
