Is it possible to 100% Grace City and get the reward?

Should be, I read somewhere (http://soulworkerhq.com/Discus…ictures-for-all-Locations theres the link if you want to see it) "Also clear each maze/dungeon 10 or so times and fill the bar to get City/Town items [L hotkey]!!". Hope this helps somewhat lol.

You can actually achieve Grace City 100% without having all Dungeons on 100%. I don't know if this is a bug but I for example have Area 9 on Clearence Level 4, and reached 100% Clearence in Grace City.
