It's not about KR server transfer to NA/EN. The question is, will there be character transfer? Example, I have a character in [DE] Lakashin and I would like to transfer it to [EN] Candus or [NA] Tenebris.

Highly doubt it honestly. If there is though it will be for a good amount of money for sure.

I can honestly see them adding a server transfer at some point. However I wouldn't expect to be until after the beta phase ends.
I mean I'd drop $20 to get back on the NA server if I knew they were fully stable. I had better ping there but I'm too addicted to the game to not play so I migrated to the EN server with alot of people to fill the gaping void of addiction this game has caused.
