Quest item Stuck in inventory with no way to discard.

    When i finished the quest i forgot the name i ended up with 3 of these and when i turned in the quest only two of them went away and now this one is stuck in my inventory with no discard option.

    Edited once, last by Napoleon: EDIT: turns out it wasn't a bug the quest just wasn't completed the first time i did it and the item is gone from my inventory now ().
