Can't Enter Dungeons or Party with one of my characters

    I have 4 characters on my account and I can do dungeons with all of them except one. It is an Erwin and he is level 11. I haven't gone on that character for a while so that may be something that caused a problem.

    Energy reset on him and I still cannot enter any dungeons. I can still use my other characters normally. Is he glitched forever? I can still talk to NPCs and buy stuff on the market with him. I cannot add people to my team and I also can't see invites to team from other players. I can trade with other players still and befriend them too. Idk what is going on but I hope to be able to play my character soon.
