So after launching the game I get the logo pop up shown in the first photo, after about 5 seconds the black screen appears and just stays like that until I force close it through the task manager shown in the second image. The third image just shows that I can still click on the logo to bring it to the front but it still doesn't load.
I've tried launching in admin, without admin, changing my desktop resolution, reinstalling, verifying, turning off my firewalls and anti-virus but without any success.
Also on the task manager it shows 0% for GPU and CPU usage so it's not even doing anything.
