Assuming you can buy 2-3 items per second at the npc shop, it'll take you around 3 hours to make all the purchases. 500 of these will smelting tools: mineral(300 each). The rest will be mediqubes/bit jellies(I like jellies because they're silent when you use them)

You'll approximately do a total of 650-700 upgrade attempts due to needing failures. I bought the weapon/gear(lv 1-4 green rarity) from the market for upgrading anywhere 3k or less(ill average to 1k). Each upgrade is 3,500 each averages about 10 per weapon before breaks. About 4 seconds each, for about 50 minutes total.
(650*1000)+(650*3500) = about 3million
You can grab raw ores/cores cheap at about 100 each(you need 5 for each try though). About 4 seconds each, about 35 minutes. Costs about 500 each attempt for refining.

I dismantled drops/bought from market, but I'll assume for here pure marketeer. Only purchased at 300 or less.

Time = Depends. If you want, you can dismantle at Xivus(and suffer), or buy magic hammers and get through it quickly. It'll take about 30min-hour if you're good at dismantling.
You get 9500 consumables from the npc, and 1000 from the market. You still need 2,300 consumables.(2300*200) = 460,000
Spam the heck out of jelly sellers and medqubes.(They probably won't be happy). 200 or less.

Time: Unknown. How fast can a person reasonably buy? Maybe 2-3 hours if you're dedicated to suffering.
