NA server

    Hello


    I am a italian player. I personally prefer playing in NA server rather than italian server, as the NA server is a bit populated, and I prefer to be in a crowded server.


    However, while I was trying to set up a hotkey in Options, to switch to mouse mode (You know, where you click and all), the game didn't regnonize my keyboard. I mean, I pressed several keys and I even clicked on that hotkey, to change it, but even when I try different keys, it wouldn't change. Just when I thought I did it, the game crashed.


    Now when I try to log in, NA server doesn't appear. It only appears 6 servers, and I even created a character in the NA server. Let's just say my character got lost in the NA server, since I cannot access it at all.


    What should I do? I have relogged several times and the problem still persists. Maybe the files are damaged or is the game trolling me?

    I don't know why, the North American server- from what I've experienced; is the only server in the list that this happens to on a regular basis.


    It may just be server congestion due to being the most populated server- i don't know, but i definitely sympathize with your frustrations.

    Well, I am very glad I am not the only having the issue. I'm eating right now (lunch break), so I will see again after finishing my lunch.

    NA is down again?


    Awesome, great, grand, wonderful.


    Good thing it's beta and the game is just being tested and they're not taking people's money with no wipe while they sort out all the issues with the game and its monetization.


    Oh wait.

    All these people not living in NA, on the NA server for whatever reason, are the main cause of the server congestion and downtime.

    not taking peoples money? shouldn't that mean the cash shop should of still only had free items and only be up after release cuz from my point of view it kinda takes peoples money imo or is that a dif definition

    I assume the NA server is located in a different datacenter. Let me look for it...

    That also means different people are probably managing it and they apparently do not do a fantastic job? I have an idea were exactly in Central Europe the servers are. My guess in Frankfurt in Germany. About the NA one? No idea.

    I highly doubt it's due to high load. That's like the thing you predict and have a solution at hand.
