This might have been answered but I couldn't find one so I'm making it.
As you all know the mods said that there will be 4 characters that will be available on release, but I'm wondering when the rest will arrive. If you mods have any idea then I'd really appreciate it.

This, and when we will be getting any raid content/advancement for each characters like in KR and Chinese version.

Typically a f2p game's "update release" schedule is based entirely upon how it performs. If upon release, Soulworker is popular and the cash flow is good. Then the game will receive updates faster than if the release flops.
It's harsh, but a game is merely just a business. If it performs well, more is added to make sure people come back. If it doesn't, less resources are spent on it.

Aww, that's unfortunate. I know someone who wanted to play Jin, but I guess he's going to have to wait for a while.
