Lily is shit compared to LeBlanc, hack the game and get LeBlanc into the game, bosses will cry hard.
But, if you're not a genius hacker or a LB main, then just google and you'll find a Lily guide: http://soulworkerhq.com/Discus…-Skill-Analysis-Cores-ARs -

This is my build. I didn't follow a guide or anything but it works fine for me.

Your build is more PVP oriented. Diabolo Spin and Death twister aren't skills you need for PVE. Die-phoon needs the other extension for more damage and penetration. Reaper's call should be maxed, it hits hard and it shatters armor very well. Carnage should have the other extension for more penetration. Death Throw should have the green extension to throw two blades. Culling blade should be maxed, of course.

cough quite the outdated build, just saying~ -
The only thing I hate about Lily is her abysmal defensive options. I feel like I'm playing a Scythe Evie in Vindictus... except there's no invulnerability frames.

Even better then xD. She's not a class for noobs. She's a pure DPS class, she dies in two hits. It's a challenge to do some Steel Graves phases with her due to dying so easily.

That's because she has no tools to stay alive or effectively control anything. Just about everything in the game seems to out-range her melee attacks.

My build.
As much as I am all for experimenting and people choosing their buildsI cannot recommend Inabi's build at all for reasons Asynja has already listed.

If she's not all that beginner friendly she sounds pretty fun then. Though what is Steel Grave, and I thought it mentioned somewhere that she has a passive or some other than basically heals her through damage dealt (passive lifesteal on either certain skills or in tandem with her SG gauge)?

This is sort of not good at ALL for PvE. Not done any pvp much, just some fun duels on the launch pad, but you (and MYSELF, I actually re-rolled at lvl 14) feel for the trap of buying up all the first row skills, when NONE of them are really worth using. You are low-balling all your Break skills.
It's cool tho! They have an item on the Cash Shop to fix that with...
smh

if you want a good build then follow this.
you can always twerk the passives to however you want it too~ -

Steel grave is a solo instance you can farm 5 times a day for materials and blueprints.
It's like a tower climb, the higher you go the harder it gets. Also Lily has no passive lifesteal.
The lifesteal people are talking about comes from speccing into this skill

By doing so you sacrifice damage on that skill for that skill to heal youThe damage of the skill is AoE but the heal will only absorb from one mob and the amount you heal
is higher the higher you crit.

I'm using this build: https://swskillsim.leayal.tk/l…07=3&1010=1&1009=5&1011=3
Also I think that it is the best possible build atm.
Update: here is my chains

I've got some wasted points in Diabolo Spin (seriously, this thing is garbage), and some random allocated dodge skills. Most of the passive/defensive skill dumps are all poorly explained at first glance, so I thought I was buffing her basic dodge, only to learn later that it was for some crappy wake up skill I rarely use.
I'm told there's a skill reset at 55, and I really hope so. It sucks that half of my skills aren't even worth using over my basic attack most of the time.
I also run cooldown reduction on chains, since my important skills need to be up faster, and there's plenty of time to rebuild SP with aerials/basics in between.

The build is good but the chains are subpar in my honest opinion.
First of all I would put the phases back on damageand then order your highest hitting skills to be on the second or even third row
Having your deathly triad only on one bar and even the first one is not doing the skill much credit. -

I could live with it, what's a little damage loss to self sustain (if worthwhile cause I've played games where the self sustain isn't worth it).

I couldn't say cause I haven't been able to even play yet Y-Y, I'm terrible with KB + M and the game won't read or work with my controller. Can't get any info on it either.
