I completed all dungeons are maxed at 100% from candus city and still have 96.26% what i missing to get 100% please help! :c

I believe that the city progress bar is different than the dungeon progress bars, i'm sure if you just do a few more maniacs on Area 9 you'll get 100% :D. I got 100% by just repeating some dungeons in Candus City too soooo if this doesn't work for you too then i'm not sure what the problem would be.

hi, so doesn't matter the bar in all dungeons is at Tier V 100%? so if i repeat any of them randomly i can fill Candus City bar like you said before?

Yeah i'm pretty sure that's the case ^^, you can try to complete a dungeon and see if it ups your city bar up (which it should) :), if not then i'm pretty sure that they didn't fix the 100% bug with cities like they said they did lol.
