    In any case, there is no arguement to, “I want more for my money”, is there? Because it’s not an arguement, it’s you, being entitled.

    None of those extras really give you a great advantages over others. EXP might be debatable, but what do you gain from capping early? It looks like a nice pay for convenience. If you want to play the game intensively you can go for that thing. If not ignore it. If that's all we get in terms of "P2W" I am extremely happy with this.

    The argument is thaf if im paying a $20 subscription on a game i should be able to play it freely, you know, like you can in literally every other MMO. If youre okay with big daddy game forge dictating your free time then good for you, but dont go throwing around words you heard from mommy and daddy without understanding what you are defending.

    The price is funny, I pay 15 dollars a month for FFXIV, there is no way i'm paying 20 on top of that for anything like this.

    for me they seem like normal vip bonusses like in every other game

    i personally thought the ep bonus would be even bigger

    +5 more items on the market per membership doesn't even seem that much-would have thought that would be more as well

    and the 20% more dzenai and exp is not much too- again i would have thought it gives more ..like 100% or so

    with these low bonusses i can hardly call that p2w

    after playing eso. every other vip thingie seems not worth it for me-there you got the bonusses + the cash-currency you would have gotten if you bought cash-currency for the same amount

    Actually two members of Gameforge are rappeling from a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk at my window, it seems like they want me to subscribe but i can't ear them crealry with the rotor..

    BnS: 10 stages of premium that increase as you pay for more, probably costing at least $500 to get to stage 10. Cheaper upgrades, more marketplace listings, lower fees for basically everything. Lower resurrection times. Lower teleportation cooldown.


    Closers: 2 stages of premium, with the second stage is acquired after having 90+ days of the first stage and is actually p2w since it increases success rate for things like enhancing/upgrading. Also increases stamina. Costs $15 for 30 days i believe, so $45+ for 90 days+ and you have to keep it up to get second stage bonuses.

    Garden and Room have their own version of premium as well that upgrade to a second stage after getting 60+ days of it that give you free cash shop items and costumes that can sell for millions. $10 for $30 days i believe and second stage is $20+ for *each*


    DFO: premium that increase EP and lets you rent gear on a character. Can be farmed ingame if you already have premium which means u can basically have it forever if you keep farming it. Also has like 5 other contracts that let u use skills/gear higher than ur current level, or increase damage/change element of your attacks.

    Can't remember the price now since they have a decent number of events that give it to you for free, but I think it's about $15 for 30 days.


    Elsword also got their own version of premium but I can't remember exactly what it did. Thinks it gives you free costumes and pets and stuff so....

    Your entire logic that your opinion is based off of is you thinking paying for an optional subscription is the same as “paying for the game”. It’s not. You aren’t buying a game, it is still a free to play game.


    If anything your notion of “we should have no EP cap if I’m paying 20$”is outrageous, which is probably why nobody agrees with you.


    But anyways this is pointless either way, you’re off to enjoy whatever new MMO you haven’t been disappointed by yet.

    Only "good" thing about VIP is the drop chance bonus. But let me tell you, even with +100% drop events, you still barely drop anything in Primal/Saurus. In the end, most people will get all their 4line legendary gear in 1-4 months of farming Primal, regardless of the +20% drop chance buff.


    Stamina and drop rate aren't the biggest issue of this game. Stamina can be easily resolved with alts (just bank transfer your equips). Drop rate isn't a big issue, as you'll get all your legendaries in a matter of weeks/months even without the +20% drop rate buff. The real time-wasting grind and pain in this game is farming EC (to reroll stats), enhancing gear, getting lucky with Akasha cards, and farming enough zenny to buy the best Tera brooches.


    All in all, those VIP packs are pretty worthless and you have to be pretty stupid to buy them (or you have a surplus of money IRL and you just don't care about spending 20$ a month).

    Again, no counter arguments, just "sorry, youre wrong" and putting words in my mouth.. and there are plenty of people who agree with me actually, just look how dead every other fatigue based mmo is and the fact that i cant convince a single person i know to play this game SIMPLY because of the fatigue system lmfao. Of course this game will have a niche community and guess where you'll find a lot of them? the forums. If you think discussing the longevity of a game you care for is pointless then idk what to tell you.

    I fail to see how this is pay2win. It doesn't make your stronger in any way. I swear people have over used "pay2win" so it has lost all meaning.

    convenience isn't pay to win. If the VIP was something like 'Gain 15% ATK and 15% HP then that would be pay2win.
