I have two Scral Akashas with one being the hidden version. The regular Scral gives +5% Zenny and the hidden one gives +10% Zenny. If I equip them both would I get +15% Zenny?

If you try to equip the second it'll just replace the first.
You can equip 2 of the same card of different rarities, however.
E.g. you can equip a 2* Megiddon Mk2 for 20% stam per 5.5 seconds as well as a 1* Megiddon Mk2 for 20% stam every 15 seconds.

You should be able to use the 2-star and 1-star versions, at least you can do so for other cards.
