Like some1 posted earlier on, I got ALOT more exp on manic, so the guide is outdated for our version it seems.
And is it worth using XP gear or beter to look for offensive stats to kill faster? (offensive + xp is great ofc)

Get something around the balance of having the necessary damage plus the extra XP gain (Try upgrading it to +4 per equip piece). The Level 23 Jewelry set is a God-send too, try obtaining +XP bonus individually for each jewelry too to ramp up.
And spam the Repeatable Quests, especially when you're on Grace City.

If u watn to lvl up quickly its important to get this gear (lv. 16~45)
Jewelry: Journal of Malice Set (2.Set effect +10%)and 2 random stuff ALL with exp 5~6%
Machine Weap +10% exp BASE (up it to +6~7 maybe u need 3 try's to get that without Anti-D.)
Titel: Repair King Big Hands 10,5%
4x Gear with +5% exp (Use unique Gear)
And finaly u run with +70,5% Exp -

any ideas for lvling from 53 into 54 ? im farming Arc Maniac ep3 and i get just ~2% lvl per run and i have no quests aviable

You do the repeatable maniac quests.
@54 you get some more quests that you can turn in for some decent exp.
No matter what you do, 53 -> 55 is going to be slow.
