Thats the one you can get for 1500 grutin coins.

I got mine just now, 7 minutes before the maintenance.

It was much more than 15 hours, tho. I could only make it from 30 to 45 seconds each death, which would be ~19 hours total.

is there any spot to "farm" deaths xD?

Abgenutzt District 6 is the only one I can think of that won't drain all your EP.
