Has anyone found the 3rd part of this soul sequence? I've seen the location on the internet but its never there. I've spent quite some energy to re-enter the dungeon over and over again but i can't find it.

The locations are fine, what they don't mention is that starting from Candus city, it's random whether it appears or not, so you should go several times.
