Refining rate horror

    Tbh i dont even know why you "waste" anti destrct for a gear that is not even end game.

    I would understand trying to push +8 +9 on aurite and primal, but on unique or vicarious?

    Chill, +6 +7 is more than enought.

    Rates are terrible on all servers. In KR I also tried like 50-60 times from +6 to +7 and failed every time. I'm still stuck there with a +6 weapon.


    Most of the people I know used around 70-150 protectors going from +4 to +9.


    But of course, there will be some people who get +9 in a few attempts... BlessRNG


    There are good ways of farming protectors. Keep doing Rucco clearance, bank share the item and delete that character. After 24h it will be deleted. Repeat ad nauseam.

    With that type of luck (or lack of it) you might be better off selling your Materials and use the extra influx to buy the Enhanced Weapons outright.


    That's what i do and i actually feel like I'm saving gold instead of seeing it slowly decay. Though it's tricky because it takes a little bit to find a good deal on a +7 Excellent (with Mods).

    Bought some random level 32 weapon, enhanced it to +6 with 1 fail.


    Crafted the level 40 weapon, 14 attempts, 9 tickets, still +5 and less damage than my old weapon.. until I spent 500k on refining to RNG it to excellent.


    I've burned 2.5 million on enhancing the level 40 gear set.. minus the helm; I'm out of upgrade materials. 55k Aether spent. ~5 million in mats/blueprints cost.


    Basically everything I've saved up until this point.


    This game is a shit joke. I guess GF brought over the Korean version because they knew it'd want people to spend money to progress, and Americans are impulse materialistic people, so it's half working, isn't it?


    Tempted to look into playing the JP version; looks so much more fairer than ours.


    Glad I haven't given this company any money.

    Euuh, and what do you expect from a jp version?

    Some people do it for e-peen, as mentioned above, others will do for min-max/clear speed and some others, like me, purely to create a milestone/goal. I'm not alone on this, so some people need to keep clear goals in order to get motivated to continue playing. This is one of the reasons why I don't whale out and get everything the easy way - it would mean game end for me.


    No-lifers like this shouldn't be criticized, though. If you're playing for dress-up only, it's convenient they exist so you can sell your upgrade chips overpriced and buy underpriced costumes from them - 'cause they'll usually top-up cash, sell costumes and buy upgrade materials.

    Took me 21 tries to +6 my lvl 26 weapon.


    Took me 9 tries to +6 my lvl 40 one.


    That's just how rng is.


    At least in here you can get high enhancement rates and if you fail it doesn't reset to 0 or have a high chance of breaking unless you try to go +7 and above.


    Try going from +10 to +11 in DFO or Closers, because that's what you're trying to do here right now. Complaining about the rates is kinda silly at that point.
