well i asked myself what is the best way to lvl from 50-55 i mean which dungeons should you run ?

archeron imo is the fastest + it gives you around 3-4m per run without dailies
Ark ship is meh

That is not true, after you hit Candus you start receiving repeatable quests that usually give good amount of exp. It's better to do them on manic mode than run last dungeon on maniac mode.

After story, I suggest doing your Acheron/Ark e4 replay missions *manic* :). After that, I'd just spam Ark e4 *manic* since you're going to need the drops anyway

yeah probably true since the shoulder + helmet is kinda expensive for haru

Hey,
It depends on which type of player you are, If you wanna be time efficent or energy efficent or simply doesn't care.
If you're Time Efficent I request you to farm on Ark Ship EP4 if you can. If not, go Cold Revenge EP4 leave after boss.
If you're energy efficent, go for Archeron EP4, if not EP3.
My Personal preference would be Ark Ship EP4 anyway.
