Rebalancing Soulcash by region. Retroactive or not?

    I'm just curious there has been alot of talk about rebalancing the amount of soulcash you get and I was wondering if it would be retroactive as I want to buy soulcash atm in canada (88 euro for 14k) will I get the whatever amount they raise it to retroactively or should I wait ( Mod answer would be great)

    I'd hazard it's not.


    1. It's just safer to assume it's not.

    2. The support staff would probably spend months trying to sort out all the purchases that have been made so far and checking their authenticity.



    If you do decide to buy it knowing it won't be retroactively changed, and it does get changed, I guess that's good news then.
