Well maybe GMs locked +9 Upgrade because u got it so fast pls unlock it GMs or give the %, wich a +9 Upgrade has to succeed.

I think I'm retarded and can't understand sometimes what people want... but... why would you make a +9 weapon when you know that Aurite armor and weapon and Primal armor and weapon (which will be your final set for the moment) will come in future??

anyway , +9 is highest upgrade in this game, soo i really understand why the chance is super low. i played dragonnest and tree of savior for loong time, in dragonnest was +15 anvil for max ,and in tree of savior highest is +40, after play several years, 4 years for dragonnest and 2 years for tree of savior, i can count people who reached +15 max anvil in dragonnest only 3 people in my server, and in tree of savior only one reach +30 and it not yet max cap upgrade.

I just wanted to know if the Weapon +9 Upgrade hasn't been implemented yet. For me it seems so because I have tried to upgrade my Weapon to +9 already 68 times without success and for +7 and +8 I only needed in total 42 Tries. So it seems like +9 is maybe not avaible yet or the upgrade system is bugged because it should never ever take so many attempts and still no upgrade. If it's true, then I would like to get those spent Weapon Chips and Aether and Protections Stuff back or implement the +9 upgrade. And if it is already in the game then I really want to know just how low You set the % to Upgrade it to +9 in order to make the Players spent money on protection item to try upgrading it. Thx...
Probably like Elsword. When +9 was the highest it was harder to get. But now they implemented +13 its allot harder to get past +11 and up. And since its the highest enchantment. Its not impossible, Its just extremely unlikely. Unless you are willing to give up your morals and your wallet. All depends on how much you want to sacrifice.
