Steam launcher crash

    Hello community my friend want play soulworker and if she start client from steam. Client doesnt start without loading screen. Client crash without crash report. How to fix? :)

    Well ido not find the notice in englisch

    but

    do not install the game in Program Files or Program files x86

    how ever the game wont realy start out of these folders

    I have installed too in steam folder and work maybe problem with directx idk she cant install still show error
