I think I missed the sarcasm... but in my opinion everything except the cash shop prices are pretty good so far. The forum moderators seem pretty good, support ticket response times seem really fast from what I've read, they've been actively fixing issues with the game (although mostly only minor fixes), and they mostly fixed server issues (NA). From someone that played Kritika (Enmasse) for a few months starting its day one release after closed beta, I can say that GameForge is at least doing astoundingly better than Enmasse did with Kritika. Honestly, Kritika was a huge mess and I gave Enmasse several chances to deliver and they failed at every chance, so they're just as bad as Nexon NA now in my eyes. The only NA publisher I personally trust now is Riot, and I don't count GameForge as an NA publisher since they're main audience is EU.

Riot only published League though, right?
They are?

I honestly don't know much about Kritika, I didn't bother trying it out even though it was very close to Soulworker in how the gameplay was. However, I did (and still do) play Closers, which I believe En Masse is actually doing a wonderful job with. They consistently hand out good freebies, have been releasing new content on a regular basis, and actually listen to the players; they recently allowed players to decide which character they wanted released next through the form of an event. I believe En Masse may have handled Kritika poorly, but they're clearly showing that they're learning from their mistakes.
To stay on topic, I think Gameforge is trying to make things work as best they can for the western release, but ultimately the bottom line is what matters to a company; the bigwigs wanna see targets being met, and sometimes its easier to get a little shameless to make sure it happens. I still think its too early for me to comment on the issue. It remains to be seen how they handle Soulworker in the months to come.
Alzii Yes, but at least they clearly do many things right from a business perspective compared to most other NA-based publishers, even if the genre is completely different. Kind of wish they would try publishing a game like this just to see if they can make it work.
If Riot made an MMO like this it'd probably be like WoW levels of successful.
Yamato Not going to lie, it wasn't really Enmasse to blame for Kritika. The developers of Kritika (ALLM) were mainly the ones deciding what to do, and they basically went against all player feedback every step of the way in the few months I was playing it. Enmasse still had to share some blame though, since it was their job to relay and enforce player feedback for appropriate changes, and they failed to enforce.
I can't say anything about Closers other than hearing about how horrible and "P2W" they made it on release; something about founders keeping all progress while non-founders get wiped? I didn't bother trying Closers since I played it to endgame in CN and got really bored, and I was only interested in Tina who they didn't have on release.
I don't really see SoulWorker lasting very long here considering how slow KR is developing the game, but it's currently still doing a lot better than Kritika was at the same stage. Kritika barely lasted a month before most of the players left.

Lion Games seems to be working pretty hard and with lots of effort on the character advancements, which look great by the way. It's the whole reason why KR hasn't seen much development for the moment.

Yup, pretty much the only reason I even bothered trying this game again (because I saw the Haru advancement trailer). Otherwise, I would've stayed away just from how horrible my experience in the JP server was.
You'll never get Iris. Never.
